eSIM removed the plastic. Not the pack.
Operators still sell eSIM on a shelf, in a shop, in a box. We design, print and assemble the QR activation inserts and packs that carry it, with every QR code matched to its ICCID, verified and traced.
SIM card packaging specialists since 2008, serving operators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Why eSIM still needs print
A downloadable profile still has to be sold, explained and activated. In retail, that happens through a printed product.
A product on the shelf
Shops, kiosks and distributors need something to stock, display and scan at the till. A pack the size of a SIM kit fits existing racks and logistics.
One QR code per customer
Each insert carries its own activation code, ICCID and PIN/PUK. Variable data, printed in sequence, on every unit.
A code that is a credential
Whoever holds the QR code holds the line. The file, the print run and the finished packs are handled with the same security as physical SIM cards.
Three steps the user can follow
Connect to Wi‑Fi, scan, done. We design the instructions, languages and app prompts so activation works without a call to customer service.
From activation file to sealed pack
The same controlled chain for eSIM inserts and physical SIM kits.
Secure data intake
You send the activation file (QR payloads, ICCIDs, PIN/PUK) through an agreed secure channel. We check format, ranges and duplicates before anything is printed.
Variable-data printing
Each insert receives its own QR code, barcode and codes, printed in sequence and checked for readability.
Scan and match
Every unit is scanned against the file. Duplicates, missing items and mismatches are rejected. We work to zero defects.
Pack, ship, report
Packed by lot, labelled and palletised, then shipped door to door. You receive an output file ready for your ERP or logistics system.
Formats we produce
